CBRE Facilitates Cityscape’s Multifamily Disposition in Indianapolis
The 232-unit apartment community known as 82 Flats at the Crossing is situated at the epicenter of Keystone at the Crossing.

Indianapolis–CBRE Capital Markets’ Central Midwest Multifamily team has arranged the sale of 82 Flats at the Crossing, a 232-unit luxury apartment community located on the north side of Indianapolis.

The firm represented the seller, Cityscape Residential, a locally based developer who originally built the property in 2013. The buyer, an Indianapolis-based private investor, purchased the property for an undisclosed amount.
Located 8515 Clearwater Lane in the heart of Keystone at the Crossing, 82 Flats offers a mix of one- and two-bedroom floor plans, with rents ranging from $1,099 to $1,276, according to Yardi Matrix. The community also features a variety of amenities, including a resort-style saltwater pool, fitness center, game room, business center, media lounge, grilling cabana and cyber café with coffee bar.
