CBRE Capital Markets Names Executive VP
A former Marcus & Millichap SVP will be responsible for expanding the firm's multifamily investment sales platform in South Florida.
Fort Lauderdale, Fla.—CBRE recently announced that Still Hunter recently joined CBRE Capital Markets as executive vice president. In his new role, Hunter will be responsible for expanding the firm’s multifamily investment sales platform in South Florida. He will report directly to Chris Akins, senior managing director with CBRE Capital Markets.
Hunter has over 16 years of experience in the multifamily sector. Prior to joining CBRE, he served as senior vice president at Marcus & Millichap, where he transacted roughly $7 billion in multifamily sales totaling more than 75,000 apartment units across South Florida.
“Still is a highly experienced and regarded real estate sales professional. His transactional expertise and in-depth market knowledge of the Southern Florida region, combined with his outstanding relationships, will be instrumental to the growth of our market share in multifamily investment sales in the region,” said Akins in a prepared statement. “We look forward to the significant contributions Still will provide to our top-ranked multifamily team and our national platform.
Hunter holds a B.A in Business Administration & Spanish from Rhodes College, and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and the National Multifamily Housing Council.
