Carter-Haston Acquires Anthem CityLine Residential in Dallas
The property includes 1,900 apartment and townhouse units across three buildings, with four more communities currently under construction.

Dallas—CityLine announced that Carter-Haston acquired Anthem CityLine, previously known as Lot A, a residential community within a mixed-use project located at 1250 State St. in Richardson, Texas. Upon completion, the 204-acre mixed-use development will contain five million square feet of office space, 3,925 residential units, more than 50 dining and service retail options, two hotels and two parks.
The luxury building offers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with features such as granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Residents have access to amenities such as a resort-style pool, fitness center, the DART CityLine/Bush Station and are walking distance to a number of retail, dining and entertainment options.

CityLine includes 1,900 apartment and townhouse units across Anthem CityLine, Lot Apartments and The Standard at CityLine. Four more residences are currently under construction, CityLine Apartments, The Lyla Apartments, The Riley Apartments and Residences at CityLine.
