Rockdale, Texas—Local politicians, community residents and members of the press were on hand May 30 and 31 to attend the grand opening of Hunter’s Chase, an age-restricted seniors community in Rockdale, Texas, that is exclusively managed by Capstone Real Estate Service Inc. The event included presentations from healthcare providers, speeches, games, food and property tours.
Capstone was selected by the developer to provide leasing and management services at the 80-unit community, which received its first residents in February 2014.
Hunter’s Chase’s one- and two-bedroom floor plan options are available to renters age 55 and older. The spacious units include microwaves, frost-free refrigerators, dishwashers and full-size washers and dryers, as well as plush carpet and private patio or balcony spaces.
Residents have access to a wide range of amenities. Indoor common spaces include a business center with computer labs and wireless Internet, a community room with kitchen, a craft room, and ice cream parlor, an on-site beauty salon, a theater and fitness center. Outside, residents have access to a gazebo, picnic and barbecue areas. Additional storage units are available to renters as well.
In addition to the amenities offered, the community also provides multiple services for its residents, including financial planning, health and nutrition courses, health screenings and legal assistance.
Hunter’s Chase is located about 60 miles from Austin, Texas, near U.S. Routes 77 and 79.
