Capstone Expands Property Management Portfolio

Austin, Texas—Capstone Real Estate Services Inc. of Austin announced it has assumed new management responsibilities for three mulitfamily communities totaling 404 units located in Austin, San Antonio and Albuquerque, N.M.
- Wurzbach Manor Apartments is a 161-unit, Section 8 assisted living community located in Northwest San Antonio at 8730 Wurzbach Road, with easy access to shopping, dining and public transportation;
- Trillium Terrace Apartment Homes is a 168-unit, new-construction community located at 6500 Manchaca Road in South Austin, in close proximity to SoCo and Downtown Austin;
- Rio Vista Apartments is a HUD Project Based Section 8 property, layered with Tax Credits, built in 1979. The 75-unit senior housing community is located at 770 Juan Tabo Blvd., NE., in Albuquerque, N.M., and will begin a green initiative rehab later this month, with completion slated for early summer 2017.
Additionally, Capstone announced the lease up for Catalon Apartment Homes, a 142-unit Low-Income Housing Tax Credit community located at 6013 Queenston Blvd. in Northwest Houston.
