Houston—Austin, Texas-based Capstone Real Estate Services Inc. has completed a successful and expeditious lease-up of Houston’s Catalon Apartment Homes.
The rental community is a 142-unit, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) property situated on the northwest side of the city. By delivering to renters a complete array of custom apartments, including town homes and garages, Catalon is addressing the higher demand for quality housing being experienced within the Houston market.
