Capstone Adds 5 Texas Communities to Management Portfolio

Houston—Capstone Real Estate Services Inc. announced they’re assuming management of a five-property portfolio located in Texas. The apartment communities are: The Cove, El Pavon, Crystall Falls, Hammerly Walk and Woodcreek Village.

The Cove is a newly built, garden-style community with 264 units located in Ingleside, Texas. The first units are expected to come online this month. The property is five minutes away from Corpus Christ Bay and 11 miles from Port Aransas.

El Pavon, located at 5130 Chromite St. in El Paso, Texas was built in 1993 and offers 116 units. The 14-building community features a swimming pool, volleyball court, clubhouse and laundry facilities.

Crystal Falls is a 165-unit community located at 10950 Westbrae Parkway in Houston, minutes from Beltway 8, Highway 59 and Highway 90. Common area amenities include a fitness center, waterscape, clubhouse, swimming pool, spa and laundry facilities.

Hammerly Walk is a 236-unit property built in 1978 at 8787 Hammerly Blvd. in Houston, minutes from downtown, Highway 290 and I-610, Beltway 8 and I-10. Community amenities include a clubhouse, tennis court, basketball court, swimming pool, spa and laundry facilities.

Woodcreek Village offers 42 units in Houston and provides convenient access to restaurants, hospitals, schools, shopping venues and the Houston International Airport. Hardy Toll Road, I-45 and Beltway 8 are minutes from the community.
