Campus Advantage to Manage San Diego Student Housing
The 246-bed community is located on the south edge of San Diego State University's campus.
Campus Advantage has been tapped to manage Paseo Place, a 46-unit student housing community in San Diego. The 246-bed property will serve students attending San Diego State University. Under its management, Paseo Place will benefit from the company’s Students First Experience platform, a program designed to offer students the opportunity to achieve success.
Catalyst, an Austin-based agency specialized in integrated marketing for student and multifamily housing, will manage the property’s reputation management efforts, digital online presence, establish brand affinity as well as the overall digital marketing strategy.
Located at 5665 Lindo Paseo, on the south edge of the San Diego State University campus, the community features a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom units. Apartment amenities include full-size washer/dryer, oversize closets, granite countertops and kitchens with islands.
Built in 2011, Paseo Place offers common-area amenities such as 24-hour emergency maintenance, barbecue area with grilling stations and underground parking. Additionally, the community includes three ground-floor restaurants. In July, Campus Advantage was selected to manage a trio of student housing properties near Kansas State University.
