Campus Advantage Adds New VP
Lindsay Brown has more than 14 years of marketing and leasing experience in the student housing industry. Previously, she worked at Asset Campus Housing for nine years.
Campus Advantage has hired student housing expert Lindsay Brown as vice president of leasing. She will be responsible for the leasing department, as well as leasing activity across the Campus Advantage property portfolio.
Prior to joining the company, Brown served as director of marketing for Asset Campus Housing for nearly two years, where she implemented marketing initiatives for more than 210 properties and more than 112,000 beds across the U.S. Before being promoted to director, she was a senior regional marketing manager for more than seven years, her responsibilities being training the staff, coming up with new ways to engage the market and focusing on resident retention through great customer service.
Brown brings more than 14 years of marketing and leasing experience in the student housing industry. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in public relations from the University of Florida.
