CA Ventures Launches New Entity, Promotes Key Executive
The company’s property management services is now a new company, CA Management Services, under the leadership of Beth Pinder, who was promoted to COO.
CA Ventures has launched CA Management Services (CAMS), an expansion of the company’s property management services arm. The firm will assume operations of CA Ventures’ portfolio of student housing communities in the U.S., Europe and South America, as well as the new and existing residential developments, both domestically and internationally. CA Ventures also plans to have CAMS offer third-party property management services in the future.
Former Executive Vice President Beth Pinder will lead the newly formed entity. In her role as COO, Pinder will oversee CA Ventures’ student housing portfolio, which totals more than 1,500 beds, as well as five residential assets: The Residences at 8 East Huron and Eleven40 in Chicago, The Buckler in Milwaukee, The Link Minneapolis in Minneapolis and Two Twelve Clayton in Clayton, Mo. Two other communities currently under construction in Phoenix and Evanston, Ill., will be added to the portfolio.
Pinder joined CA Ventures in 2016 as executive vice president of sales and marketing. She has more than 25 years of real estate experience having also worked for EdR Collegiate Housing and Trinitas Ventures. She is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University.
