Broe Real Estate Tops Out Country Club Towers II & III

The property will offer 558 luxury apartments, with pre-leasing starting in August 2017.

Denver—Broe Real Estate, an affiliate of The Broe Group, recently announced the topping out of the twin 32-story Country Club Towers II and III, located at 15 S. Downing St. in Denver. The architect for the property is Solomon Cordwell Buenz of Chicago. The Colorado office of Swinerton Builders is the general contractor. The list of major subcontractors includes RK Mechanical, Weifield Group, S.A. Miro, Kimley Horn and StudioInsite.

Country Club Towers II & III will offer 558 luxury apartments and 985 parking spaces. Amenities will include a pool with 20,000-square-foot deck, a fitness center, massage rooms, dog spa and a bike repair station. Construction started in May 2015 and the first units will be available for renting in August 2017.
