New York—Related Companies unveiled three designer model residences at Carnegie Park, a 31-story residential condominium tower on the Upper East Side in New York City.

The acclaimed New York interior designers consist of Carrier and Company Interiors, GRADE and Tamara Magel, and each residence features a distinct design with a contemporary New York aesthetic.

“We tasked each designer to create distinct vignettes within our one- and two-bedroom residences so buyers could envision what it would be like to truly live at Carnegie Park,” Benjamin Joseph, Related Companies’ senior vice president, said. “The result is three homes that feature stylish furnishings and maximize space, while also giving buyers design ideas for their future home.”

Located at 200 East 94th St., Carnegie Park offers 325 homes with spacious floor plans that range in size from studios to four-bedrooms. Units contain wide-plank oak floors and brand new oversized in-swing casement windows, which allow for sweeping city and river views. The building will also offer a private half-acre park and playground for its residents, an exceptionally rare amenity in the heart of one of Manhattan’s most exclusive neighborhoods.

Residents also have access to two dedicated amenities floors designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects. This includes a gracious entertainment lounge with handcrafted millwork and onyx accents, a vibrant sun-filled children’s playroom, and a custom designed three-lane swimming pool with Bisazza mosaic glass tile and Jura limestone details that overlooks the landscaped park.

Additionally, there’s a state-of-the-art fitness and yoga center, a landscaped roof terrace outfitted with a barbeque grill, seating and panoramic views of Central Park, and a 24-hour attended lobby and concierge.

According to Joseph, residents at Carnegie Park will enjoy the experience of Five Star Living by Related, a bold concept that brings together world-class locations, breathtaking views, inspired architecture and design, unrivaled amenities, and superior services.

Carrier and Company created a living room designed for entertaining with oversized furniture incorporated for plenty of seating options and details such as a console table that can easily be transformed into a bar. It also added contemporary artwork and a bedroom that features a moodier design with a textured grass-cloth wallcovering and graphic long pile carpet with a tribal feel.

GRADE designed for the trendier, vibrant New York City family with a living room featuring oversized, curved windows giving residents a panoramic view of the Upper East Side. It was designed with an emphasis on light and open space conducive to conversation and fluid movement from the living room to dining area.

Tamara Magel created a Hamptons chic vibe with design elements including the use of exceptional textiles and materials from around the world—such as organically dyed yarns, knits, macrame and beads—to bleached woods and natural stone.

Carnegie Park offers layouts from approximately 500 to 1,900 square feet and prices range from $825,000 to $3.1 million.
