Bozzuto Management Company Selects PeopleAnswers 
as Talent Assessment Solution

Dallas—PeopleAnswers recently announced a software licensing agreement with Bozzuto Management Company, a subsidiary of The Bozzuto Group of companies. Through the agreement, Bozzuto will use the PeopleAnswers HR solution in its process to identify candidates with the traits and behaviors needed to create and deliver the best living environment possible for its customers.

Bozzuto’s hiring managers will use the web-based PeopleAnswers assessment test to prescreen and behaviorally assess candidates for leasing consultants and maintenance technicians in all 123 of its apartment communities. Through this process, Bozzuto expects to see increased quality of talent and improved employee retention within the first year of employment, which together will result in a stronger and more consistent brand across its portfolio of properties.

PeopleAnswers will integrate with Bozzuto’s applicant tracking system to create a consistent, seamless and automated recruitment process focused on replicating high performance companywide. Bozzuto will also use PeopleAnswers as its standard guide for interview content and employee development.
