Bosa Plans Luxury Tower in Metro Seattle

One88 in Bellevue, Wash.

Seattle—Bosa Development has announced One88, a luxury residential tower in downtown Bellevue, as its first venture on the Eastside.

The 21-story high-rise will be one of the first new large condominium projects underway in Bellevue since the recession, offering approximately 143 one-, two- and three-bedroom units, as well as penthouse residences.

“With Bellevue experiencing such tremendous growth and the lack of new urban condominium options, One88 will bring an entirely new luxury real estate offering to the downtown area,” Bemi Jauhal, director of sales and marketing for Bosa, said. “The Eastside is booming and we look forward to bringing the quality and success of our Insignia project, that is nearing sell-out, to our first project in Bellevue.”

One88 is located just steps from Downtown Park and a variety of dining and high-end shopping at The Shops at The Bravern and The Bellevue Collection, at the intersection of Bellevue Way Northeast and Northeast Second Street. The new homes will offer views of Lake Washington, mountains and surrounding green park areas. The project is expected to break ground in early 2017.
