Salisbury, Mass.—Property management giant Lincoln Property Company announced it will be hosting the ribbon cutting for Tidewater at Salisbury on Friday, May 6. The ceremony will be attended by all parties involved in the project, as well as government officials.

The 210-unit community in Salisbury, Mass. is located at 191 Beach Rd. and sits just a couple of miles south of the Massachusetts/New Hampshire state line. Within walking distance from Salisbury Beach and less than one hour away from Boston’s Financial District, Tidewater at Salisbury offers 11 different floor plans of one- and two-bedroom apartments ranging between 771 and 1,222 square feet. The pet-friendly community features controlled access entry, clubhouse, covered parking, swimming pool and sundeck, 24-hour fitness center, in-home washers and driers, outdoor grilling area, and private patios.

In January 2014, the property landed a $30 million construction loan with a 10-year term arranged by NorthMarq. The Boston area community saw its first residents late last year and is now ready for its official opening ceremony.

According to 2016 NMHC official rankings, Dallas-based Lincoln Property Company is the country’s second largest management company, holding a 165,251-unit portfolio. Just as last year, Greystar leads the top by a wide margin, with 413,679 managed units. Third and fourth places are again occupied by Pinnacle and Equity Residential, the only other two U.S. companies over the 100,000-unit milestone.
