The Bainbridge Cos. has completed Bainbridge Mission Pointe, a 300-unit luxury multifamily community in Orlando, Fla. The developer financed the project’s construction with a $43.8 million loan originated by Synovus Bank in 2020, according to Yardi Matrix data.
Bainbridge Mission Pointe encompasses four buildings with one-, two- and three-bedroom units ranging from 885 to 1,589 square feet. Common-area amenities include a swimming pool, fitness and business center, clubhouse, boat ramp and pier on Lake Whippoorwill and cyber café. In-unit amenities consist of washers and dryers, stainless steel appliances, digital locks, private balconies or patios and detached garages for select units.
Situated on 22.4 acres at 12231 Pioneers Way, the community is east of Center Florida Greeneway and its dining, shopping and entertainment venues. Green areas such as Split Oak Forest Mitigation Park, Moss Park and Isle of Corby Island Marsh Preserve are within a 7-mile radius from the property.
Bob Thollander, president of development at Bainbridge, said in prepared remarks that Mission Pointe is one of the few remaining lakefront properties in the metro Orlando area. The firm recently broke ground on another luxury community in Orlando, with completion slated for 2025.
