Bainbridge Cos. to Build Orlando Luxury Community
Completion of the 390-unit property is scheduled for 2025.
The Bainbridge Cos. will break ground this month on Bainbridge The Grand, a 390-unit luxury multifamily community in Orlando, Fla. Delivery is expected in 2025.
Upon completion, Bainbridge The Grand will be a five-story building with a structured parking garage. The Class A community will encompass one-, two- and three-bedroom units ranging between 820 and 1,486 square feet. Common-area amenities will include a swimming pool, a clubroom, a game room, work-from-home spaces, a fitness center and electric vehicle charging stations.
Situated at 5767 Major Blvd., the 5.5-acre development site is near the intersection of Interstate 4 and Florida’s Turnpike, while downtown Orlando is less than 10 miles away. One of the state’s main transportation routes, I-4 will undergo a $2.3 billion improvement project that will update 21 miles of the interstate. The area features many dining options, retail spaces and entertainment venues such as Universal Orlando Resort, Fun Spot America Theme Parks and Sea World Orlando. Tibet-Butler Nature Preserve, RD Keene Park and numerous golf courses are some of the green spaces in the area.
Bainbridge has recently broken ground on another luxury community in Orlando. The company financed the construction of the upcoming 341-unit property with a $65.3 million loan originated by Pinnacle Financial Partners.
