Jeffrey Resetco, vice president of development and construction services at student housing REIT EdR, discusses his takeaways from the 2014 MHN Excellence Awards submission pools. From high-quality affordable communities to new amenity trends in student housing, Resetco was impressed by the submissions and all the geographic markets represented. That said, floor plan innovation was lacking.
