Multi-Housing News Announces Winners of 2014 MHN Excellence Awards
Twenty-two gold and 19 silver winners receive awards during a cocktail reception at Forest City Ratner’s “New York by Gehry at 8 Spruce Street.”
New York—Multi-Housing News (MHN) hosted a cocktail reception on Thursday, October 16th to announce the 2014 MHN Excellence Award winners. The event was held at New York by Gehry at 8 Spruce Street, a luxury apartment property in lower Manhattan (and the tallest residential rental tower in the western hemisphere) developed by event sponsor Forest City Ratner. The event was also sponsored by Package Concierge, Walker & Dunlop, RentCollect Global and MHN parent company Yardi Systems.
Now in its eighth year, this year’s competition was judged by a panel of industry experts comprised of: Robert C. Landis, SVP & Director of Asset Management, Raymond James Tax Credit Funds; Doris Pearlman, MIRM, IIDA, President of Possibilities for Design, Inc.; Jeffrey Resetco, Vice President of Development and Construction Services, EdR; and Nancy J. Ruddy, Founding Principal, CetraRuddy.
