Autograph Collection Stays in Greece at Domes of Elounda

Crete, Greece—The Domes of Elounda in Greece has joined the Autograph Collection Hotels, a Marriott International brand comprised of luxury independent hotels. The expansion marks the brand’s debut in Greece.

The award-winning hotel, located in the middle of the Aegean Sea, boasts a collection of 78 lavish suites and 40 villas with access to a private beach, and more recently, after a multi-million extension, 28 domes luxury residences and a new family area offering a range of activities for all ages. The newly added domes are equipped with a multitude of amenities, including private swimming pools.

The property, a long-time A-list hotspot for famous personalities, is a rich combination of the Mediterranean style placed in a sophisticated setting. John Licence, brand leader for Autograph Collection Hotels in Europe, commented: “We are delighted to welcome the luxurious and renowned Domes of Elounda as our first Greek and Mediterranean resort into the Collection. Over the next several years, Marriott expects to add more than 200 luxury and lifestyle hotel projects, reflecting more than $15 billion of investment made by the company’s owners and franchisees.
