Mill Creek Readies Midtown Community for Pre-Leasing

Atlanta—Mill Creek Residential, a leading multifamily investor and operator focusing in premier apartment communities across the U.S., has revealed the pre-leasing for Modera by Mill Creek–Midtown in Atlanta. The company commenced development back in 2015 and the move-ins are slated for March 2017.
The 29-story property is the first high-rise building of Mill Creek’s Atlanta residences and will incorporate 435 state-of-the-art one-, two and three-bedroom units. Property amenities include a gaming area, business center, rooftop lounge, residential bike storage and 24-hour concierge, among others. The community offers easy access to MARTA rail, Georgia Tech campus and the Atlanta Beltline. The property will also include two amenities decks on the seventh and 26th floors. The seventh floor deck will feature an activated movie lawn and an elevanted one-eighth mile running track. The rooftop will offer a scenic sky lounge with bar and interactive dog park.
