Allied Orion Group has been appointed to manage two luxury communities in Houston. The properties are owned The NHP Foundation and total approximately 600 units. In November, Allied Orion was selected to manage a 200-unit property in Austin, Texas.
Built in 2016, 1300 North Post Oak comprises 247 units ranging from about 560 to 1,210 square feet. The apartments feature open-concept kitchens, walk-in closets and front-loading washers and dryers. Common-area amenities include a swimming pool, fitness center, conference room and social lounge. According to Yardi Matrix, the two-building community was 87.9 percent occupied as of February.
North Post Oak Lofts came online in 2009 and comprises 330 units ranging from 640 to 1,490 square feet. Common-area amenities include a pool, spa, fitness center, picnic area, playground and media room. According to Yardi Matrix data, the seven-building community was 90.3 percent occupied as of last month.
Located at 1300 N. Post Oak Road and 1255 N. Post Oak, the properties are at the intersection of interstates 610 and 10. The surrounding area has several retail options, including The Galleria shopping mall, which is four miles from the communities.
