AKAM to Manage Metro Miami Luxury Property

Siemens Group has selected AKAM On-Site Inc., a subsidiary of AKAM Living Services Inc., as property manager for Akoya Boca West, a 113-unit luxury condominium building in Boca Raton, Fla. The project was developed inside the Boca West Country Club.

Akoya is the newest residential construction built inside the club in more than 15 years. Located at 20155 Boca West Drive, the property is only 3.3 miles from downtown Boca Raton, close to Florida’s Turnpike and with easy access to Interstate 95. Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood international airports are each within a 30-minute drive. Akoya residents have access to shopping and dining options at the nearby Town Center Mall and Mizner Park.

Designed by Garcia Stromberg/GS4 Studios, with interiors by Steven G., the 10-story Akoya features two- to four-bedroom apartments, with floorplans ranging from 2,000 to more than 4,000 square feet. Prices start at $1.3 million. Amenities include an attended lobby and private foyer with 16 elevators granting direct access into each unit. Residents have exclusive access to a swimming pool with sun deck, a 24-hour fitness center and social rooms designed for parties and events.

Considered one of the largest private country clubs in the U.S., the 1,400-acre Boca West Country Club includes four 18-hole championship golf courses, a 29-court tennis complex, spa, fitness and aquatics center, seven restaurants and various private club activities.

Roughly 42 miles south of Akoya, another luxury condo building topped off in February. The 41-unit property is slated for completion in July.
