Advanced Management Company Goes Smoke Free Company-Wide
Advanced Management Company of Lake Forest, Calif., recently announced the kick off of their company-wide “breathe easy” initiative.
Lake Forest, Calif.—Advanced Management Company (AMC) of Lake Forest, Calif., recently announced the kick off of their company-wide “breathe easy” initiative. The nearly 40 AMC communities throughout Southern California are transitioning to completely smoke-free homes.
To date AMC has an average of 87 percent smoke-free apartments and many communities have already committed to becoming 100 percent smoke free in the near future.
In addition to offering “breathe easy” apartments, most AMC communities feature a magnitude of upgrades including: all new kitchens, complete with new custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and energy-efficient appliances, dual pane ultra efficient UV blocking windows, recyclable carpeting and environmentally sustainable hard wood flooring. Some property exterior upgrades include new interlocking basket-weave paver walkways, re-designed pool areas and drought-tolerant landscaping with water saving irrigation systems.
