Sale Price: $148.3 million

Go Residential has acquired the two-building multifamily property known as the Ivy Tower from Friedman Management Corp.

The 320-unit community is in the borough’s Hell’s Kitchen. Built in phases in 2001 and 2003, the portfolio includes the 41-story, 268-unit property on 42nd Street and the seven-story, 52-unit building on 43rd Street. Apartment sizes range between 780 and 990 square feet, while the complex includes a total of 26,000 square feet of retail space.

Sale Price: $30.8 million

S & H Equities Inc. has sold the 31-unit, six-story property to Targo Capital Partners. The asset was part of a seven-property portfolio deal aided by a $82.3 million loan issued by Bridge Investment Group.

The pre-war asset dates back to 1900 and it was previously upgraded in 2000. Apartments have an average unit size of 714 square feet, while the building comprises 4,425 square feet of retail space.

Sale Price: $24 million

Japanese real estate company Shinko Co. has purchased the 10-unit building in Lower East Side from a private entity. The seller had owned the asset since 2025, when it picked it up from Canvas Property Group in a $16.5 million deal.

The property rises six stories and dates back to 1900. It was upgraded in 2022 and includes an average unit size of 1,180 square feet and 2,360 square feet of retail space.

AG Paratus and JMH Development have acquired two buildings totaling 16 units in east Village from AMAC Holdings. G4 Capital issued a $19 million financing package through three loans.

Both properties date back to the 1900s. The first building rises six stories and includes nine units, while the second asset has four stories and seven units. Average apartment sizes range from 740 to 1,622 square feet, while both include 3,493 square feet of retail space combined.

Sale Price: $17 million

A private investor acquired the walk-up building in Lincoln Square from a private seller. JPMorgan Chase issued a $10.3 million loan.

The property is a 9,415-square-foot building originally constructed in 1988. It features 20 residential units with an average size of 471 square feet.
