AV Management has purchased the 11-unit multifamily property from a private entity. Citizens Bank provided a $21.7 million acquisition financing. Cushman & Wakefield worked on behalf of the seller.

The 1925-built property includes 90 residential units with an average size of 1,107 square feet and is situated in the borough’s Upper West Side neighborhood.

Lockhill Properties and Olymbec USA have acquired a 1987-built residential property in East Village from a private seller. The partnership secured a $9.5 million financing package from Derby Copeland Capital.

The asset includes two five-story buildings featuring 15 units, averaging 780 square feet in size. The property comprises 700 square feet of office space and 2,000 square feet of retail space spread across both buildings.
