The 2025 MHN Excellence Awards commended some of the multifamily industry’s leading developments, business strategies and professionals. At a ceremony that took place at Oasis at Sage Realty’s 437 Madison Ave. in New York City, MHN awarded a total of 101 Bronze, Silver and Gold accolades across 33 different categories, the most in the program’s history.
Jonathan F.P. Rose, founder & president of the Jonathan Rose Cos., took home the sixth annual Lifetime Achievement Award and delivered the keynote address.
