Wood Partners Kicks Off Project in Utah
The Salt Lake City-area community is expected to come online in the second quarter of 2027.

Wood Partners has started construction on Alta Vista, a 304-unit multifamily project in Lehi, Utah, a Salt Lake City suburb. The property is scheduled to come online in the second quarter of 2027.
The community is part of Vistas at the Pointe, a transit-oriented development that will also include 100 townhomes, a Trax station and 400,000 square feet of commercial office space, as well as shopping and dining opportunities.
Rising at 5222 N. Mountain Point Blvd., the project will have easy access to Interstate 15 and will be less than 25 miles from downtown Salt Lake City. The metro’s international airport will be 28 miles northeast.

The community will also have a swimming pool and spa, as well as a trail system through the adjacent park that will feature a playground, pickleball courts and a basketball court.
Wood Partners’ multifamily footprint set to grow
Wood Partners has acquired and developed more than 110,000 multifamily residences, with a total investment exceeding $23 billion. The firm’s current portfolio comprises north of 80 communities consisting of about 25,000 units.
This number is expected to grow as more developments are scheduled to come online this year. One of them is Altera Rayzor Ranch, a 192-unit community in Denton, Texas. Wood Partners broke ground on the project last year and expects to complete it in the third quarter of this year.
Another development set to come online in the following months is Alta Westover Hills, a 312-unit community in San Antonio. Wood Partners and capital partner EIG EuroInvestor started construction on the project last July.
