850 Boca in Boca Raton Nears Completion
The community, located in The Park at Broken Sound, is the first residential development in the area.
Boca Raton, Fla.—Rentals have kicked off at 850 Boca, a new multifamily development in Boca Raton, Fla. The property is a project of multifamily developers CC Residential, an affiliate of real estate firm Codina Partners, and The Praediu
m Group.
850 Boca is located in The Park at Broken Sound, a 700-acre business park that also includes more than 50 acres of green space. The property is the first residential development in the park.
Located at 850 Broken Sound Parkway in Boca, the 370-unit community includes one-, two- and three-bedroom units in five-story buildings, as well as three-bedroom townhomes in two-story buildings, with leasing prices ranging from $1,700 to $3,200 per month. The units range from 766 square feet to 1,825 square feet.
The property is scheduled for final completion in the second quarter of 2017, noted Peter Calatozzo, managing director of the Praedium Group. “Our apartments and townhomes are designed with the Boca lifestyle in mind, which means oversized balconies and patios, as well as indoor and outdoor amenity space,” he said.
Common amenities include a two-story, 11,000-square-foot clubhouse; 4,000-square-foot fitness center; private cabanas surrounding a beach-entry, salt water pool; an entertainment and billiards lounge; indoor children’s play area and outdoor tot lot; and pet washing stations and gated dog park. The property also has access to El Rio bike trail plus onsite bike repair station and storage.
