New York–Situated along the Hudson River in Manhattan’s Tribeca neighborhood, 70 Vestry is a boutique condominium building close to some of the city’s most coveted shopping and dining options, green spaces and cultural institutions. Most of its 46 residences afford 180-degree river views.
Designed by New York-based Robert A.M. Stern Architects, the aesthetic concept evokes the locale’s industrial past. Oversize casement windows punctuate the Beaumaniere limestone-clad exterior. Decorative metalwork surrounding the windows matches the loft buildings that lend character to Tribeca. Architect Daniel Romualdez brings his signature craftsmanship to each custom private residence–including top-of-the-line fixtures and finishes–such as signature oak kitchen cabinetry and 8-inch, wide-plank oak flooring.
70 Vestry offers 12,000 square feet of services and amenities, among them nearly an entire floor dedicated to health and wellness, complete with a fully appointed fitness center, yoga and Pilates studio, singles squash court, 82-foot lap pool, sauna and steam rooms. The building also features a children’s playroom and pet spa.
Layouts range from 1,900 to more than 7,000 square feet, with two- to seven-bedroom floor plans.
70 Vestry is slated for occupancy in spring 2018.
