PhoenixENVY Residences, a luxury condominium property developed by Deco Communities, has opened in Scottsdale, Ariz. Located at 4422 N. 75th St., the $47 million tower marks a new era of luxury residential living for Downtown Scottsdale.

The eight-story, 89-unit building designed by Los Angeles-based architect Daniel Gehman is made from concrete and steel in such a way as to maximize light and space. The floor plans range from 750 to more than 2,400 square feet, with high ceilings, quartz countertops, designer fixtures and hardware, and large balconies. The property also features a fitness center, a 24-hour concierge and a grand lobby, among other amenities.

“Our vision for bringing a cosmopolitan luxury lifestyle experience has come to life with the completion of ENVY Residences. For the first time ever, Downtown Scottsdale has a definitive luxury address with a museum-quality design building that offers a cadre of exclusive services and amenities, not to mention world-class views,” Rob Lyles, partner with Deco Communities, said in a prepared statement.

More than 50 percent of the building is already sold to buyers, who started moving in in early September. Units range in price from $349,000 to more than $1 million.
