Tikijian Associates has secured the sale of Flats at Fisher Marketplace, a 306-unit luxury community close to Indianapolis, in Fisher, Ind. The company worked on behalf of the Cincinnati-based seller, the Ackerman Group, which developed the property between 2014 and 2016 and managed it until the sale. A New York-based investment firm acquired the asset.
Situated on approximately 17 acres, at 9588 Ambleside Drive off Interstate 69, the Class A community consists of studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom units ranging from 642 to 1,346 square feet and includes in-unit amenities such as hardwood floors, tile floors, dining room, walk-in closets and washer/dryer.
The four three-story pet-friendly buildings offer common area amenities including:
- yoga studio
- outdoor grilling stations
- swimming pool
- bocce ball courts
- bike storage
- fitness center
- business center
Indianapolis-based Flaherty and Collins is managing the property on behalf of the new owner. According to data provider Yardi Matrix, Flats at Fisher Marketplace had a $1,111 average rental rate as of April and was 73.2 percent occupied as of March.
