125 Greenwich Hits the Market
Rafael Viñoly and March & White are delivering the design plans for Bizzi & Partners Development’s upcoming 88-story luxury condominium skyscraper in Manhattan.

Bizzi & Partners Development has launched sales at the long-awaited 125 Greenwich St. The owner selected award-winning architect Rafael Viñoly and British duo March & White to deliver the 88-story luxury residential tower’s design.
The building exterior will feature full-height and floor-to-ceiling curtain walls, while the entrance will include solid dark bronze doors and panels. The 912-foot-tall skyscraper comprises 273 studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom units. The studios are all located above the 61st floor and the top three floors include The 88, a 15,000-square-foot area filled with lifestyle amenities such as:
- 50-foot lap pool
- spa, sauna and steam room
- fitness center with yoga studio
- private dining and event space
- screening room
The property is situated in Manhattan’s Financial District and is bounded by multiple retailers, restaurants, cafes, health and fitness centers, parks, playgrounds and hotels. Both the Oculus and One World Trade Center are a block away, and the building is adjacent to the construction site of 5 World Trade Center. Additionally, 125 Greenwich is within walking distance of multiple mass transit options such as the Fulton Transit Center, bus stations and yacht harbors.
Prices for the 418-square-foot units start at $1.2 million and 1,933-square-foot units start at $5.6 million.
Viñoly is no stranger to designing some of Manhattan’s most luxurious projects. The firm also recently handled the design of the $2.3 billion Waterline Square on Manhattan’s Upper West Side.
