By Anuradha Kher, Online News EditorCotswolds, U.K.–The Lakes by yoo, a second home development in the Cotswolds region of U.K., is now offering owners the opportunity to rent their properties to vacationers through a fully managed rental program. Owners at The Lakes can participate in the free rental initiative, which will allow them to offer their vacation homes up for lease when not in use, potentially offsetting the costs of ownership and maximizing their investment.“This new rental program offers a way for buyers to effortlessly capitalize on their investment at The Lakes,” says John Hitchcox, chairman of yoo. “Participating in the rental initiative will allow owners to make the most of their second home and help with the costs of ownership, something very important in this current economic climate.” The project is set around a network of six lakes spread over 650 rural acres just 90 minutes’ drive from central London. The Lakes by yoo integrates designs by the ‘yoo design studio’ and ‘Jade Jagger for yoo.’Rental properties feature three or four bedrooms ranging in size from 2,055 sq. ft. to 2,735 sq. ft. Rents for one week start at $2,900. Common amenities include a clubhouse with spa, gym, treatment rooms, sauna and steam room as well as an outdoor heated pool and tennis courts.
