Yardi Announces Relaunch of CRE Listing Site CommercialSearch.com
The website offers more than 180,000 listings that are free to browse, updated daily and cover all major U.S. markets.
Yardi recently announced the full launch of CommercialSearch.com, an online commercial listing service that the company had previously acquired and redesigned. With this latest development, CommercialSearch.com becomes the newest member of Yardi’s commercial real estate suite.
CommercialSearch.com is targeted toward businesses looking to relocate to new commercial spaces or expand their current presence. The site offers an extensive list of more than 180,000 commercial listings, including office, retail, multifamily and industrial properties. The listings are free to browse, updated daily and cover all major U.S. markets. Plus, the number of listings will continue to grow as new listings can be posted free of charge.
Earlier in 2020, Yardi also released CommercialEdge, a powerful new platform for commercial property data research and marketing that simplifies the management and syndication of listings while also marketing them within the wide-reaching Yardi network. The platform provides extensive property data, such as ownership, lease information, available listings and transaction data. In addition to this information—which is available for all commercial property classes, including office, retail, industrial and multifamily—users can also compare properties by characteristics and view interactive maps of different commercial markets. Plus, CommercialEdge connects to Yardi’s network of marketplaces, including CommercialCafe, Point2, PropertyShark and now, CommercialSearch.
“The response by brokers, owners and investors to CommercialEdge has been incredible,” said Arjun Rao, senior director in Yardi’s commercial division. “With CommercialSearch.com, we continue to provide more high-return avenues for Edge users to market their listings and drive business.”
Yardi is a leading investment and property management software firm headquartered in Santa Barbara, Calif.
