XFD Real Estate to Manage 2 Student Housing Properties

The Vecino Group has selected XFD Real Estate Partners to manage two student housing properties located in Bowling Green, Ky., and Omaha, Neb.
Muse – Bowling Green is located at 1799 Russellville Road and comprises one-, two- and three-bedroom pet friendly apartments, with quartz countertops, walk-in closets and washer/dryer units.
Common-area amenities include a swimming pool, study pavilion, fitness center and bike storage. The community is situated 1 mile from Western Kentucky University. The surrounding area has several retail and dining options, including Western Gateway Shopping Center, which is within walking distance of the property.
The second property, Muse – Omaha, comprises studio, one-, two- and four-bedroom apartments, with walk-in closets and washer/dryer units. Common-area amenities include a conference room, fitness center and bike storage. Located at 1005 20th St., the community is within 1 mile of both Creighton University and downtown Omaha, and 4 miles of Eppley Airfield.
In August, XFD acquired Cottage Row, a 1,087-bed student housing community in Statesboro, Ga. Rialto Capital sold the property for $45.2 million.
