Upper Macungie Township, Pa.–Woodmont Ridge at Upper Macungie, Woodmont Properties’ third luxury apartment community in the Lehigh Valley, is leasing ahead of schedule.
Move-ins started on March 1 and about 30 percent of the 96 units included in the project’s first phase have already been leased. Upon completion, the development is expected to include a total of 288 apartments.
Woodmont Ridge offers a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments designed to maximize living space. All units feature private patios or balconies, large walk-in closets, as well as a washer and dryer. The apartments’ kitchens feature quartz countertops and energy-efficient, stainless-steel appliances, while the master bathrooms are equipped with dual sinks and an oversized shower or bathtub.
Amenities include a clubhouse, swimming pool with sundeck, BBQ terrace with a fire pit, resident lounge, game room, strength and cardio center, fitness studio with virtual classes on demand and an indoor pet spa. The clubhouse also offers complimentary Wi-Fi.
Location is another advantage of the property. Woodmont Ridge is situated just west of Allentown and in close proximity to a variety of shopping, dining and entertainment options, while also providing easy access to I-78, I-476 and the Lehigh Valley Thruway.
“A number of our residents were initially attracted to the property due to its ideal location, but what really makes this apartment community shine is its magnificent array of amenities that create an exceptional living environment,” Louis DeVos, vice president of property management at Woodmont Properties, said in prepared remarks.
Woodmont Properties owns and manages two additional properties in the Lehigh Valley–Woodmont Mews at Bethlehem and Woodmont Place at Palmer.
