Cedar Knolls, N.J.—Woodmont Properties has opened Woodmont Knolls at Hanover, a luxury apartment community situated in the heart of Morris County, in the Cedar Knolls section of Hanover Township.

Located at 200 Woodmont Dr. in Cedar Knolls, N.J., Woodmont Knolls At Hanover consists of 126 one- and two-bedroom flats and carriage homes on 15 acres that was once an industrial site. Most of the community’s carriage homes feature direct access from private garages, with others offering two stories featuring two master suites.

“Woodmont Knolls at Hanover is a continuation of Woodmont’s 50-year history developing best-in-class residential communities in desirable locations that offer residents a complete lifestyle experience,” Lewis Zlotnick, Woodmont’s president, says. “By working closely with the Township, we have been able to create a beautiful new community that will meet the area’s strong demand for luxury rental housing.”

All homes include spacious floor plans, dramatic 9-foot high ceilings, large walk-in closets and private balconies. The kitchens have modern finishes including granite countertops, designer cabinetry and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. The bathrooms include oversized walk-in showers and elegant dual-sink vanities.

Woodmont Knolls at Hanover features numerous lifestyle amenities for residents, including an attractive clubhouse highlighted by a clubroom with sports bar and gaming system, strength and cardio center, billiards room, cyber café and a swimming pool with a sundeck. This pet-friendly community also offers a bark park, a picnic and barbeque area.

The community is just three miles from downtown Morristown and the Morristown Train Station, providing convenient transportation to Manhattan.

Its 15-acre park-like setting includes walking paths and an abundance of green space. The community’s residences are surrounded by a private, natural wooded environment that runs alongside the Whippany River and has direct access to the historic Patriots Path, a 35-mile multi-use nature trail operated by Morris County.

Currently, Woodmont Knolls at Hanover is more than 60 percent leased and residents are already enjoying the excellent community amenities.
