Woodfield Development has landed senior and mezzanine financing backing the initial phase of Northwest Village, a property under development in Fort Worth, Texas. The Class A multifamily development is situated in the North Fort Worth neighborhood, near Alliance Texas, a master-planned community. Terms of the financing, which was arranged by JLL Capital Markets, were undisclosed.

JLL’s Debt Advisory team, led by Senior Managing Director Travis Anderson and Managing Director Cory Fowler, secured the financing on Woodfield Development’s behalf.

Northwest Village will comprise 455 luxury apartments and townhouses. Layouts will include 238 one-bedroom apartments, 194 two-bedroom units and 23 three-bedroom residences. The units will average 974 square feet in size. Woodfield Development broke ground on the development last month.

Amenities at the property will include a large coworking space with private conference rooms and individual offices. The first apartments at the community will be available for move-in in early 2026.

The larger community development plan proximate to Northwest Village calls for a 15-acre multifamily parcel, an additional 15 acres of commercial and retail space, a 17-acre townhouse community and a two-acre public park.

Northwest Village is positioned at the northwest corner of Highway 114 and Roaring River Road and will benefit from its nearness to Alliance Texas, a 27,000-acre master-planned community that serves as home to more than 550 companies which offers an array of retail, restaurant and nightlife opportunities within 4 million square feet.

With a population of 978,468, according to the U.S. Census Bureau’s most recent data, Fort Worth is now the 12th largest city in the U.S. Last month, The District In Little Elm, a multifamily community in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex city of Little Elm, changed hands.
