Wood Partners Debuts Luxury Tampa Property

Wood Partners has opened Alta Gateway, a 288-unit luxury community in Pinellas Park, Fla., with leasing currently underway. Public records show the owner developed the property using a $33.1 million construction loan from Synovus Bank.
Located at 9505 49th Street N., the asset is adjacent to Highway 19 and within walking distance of public transit, as well as 24 miles from downtown Tampa, Fla. The property is within a 6 mile-radius of Tampa Bay top employers such as Valpak, Jabil, Home Shopping Network and Raymond James Financial.
Alta Gateway comprises studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments equipped with wood-style plank flooring, quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliance package and custom design kitchen tile backsplash. Common-area amenities include a pool with a sundeck, covered poolside pavilion, cabanas, hammocks, lounge seating and outdoor grilling areas, as well as a fitness center, a game lounge, a lounge with co-working spaces and a fenced dog park.
In March, Wood Partners opened Lake House by Alta, located roughly 100 miles away in Orlando, Fla. The 299-unit property broke ground in April 2018.
