Willow Bridge Unveils Luxury Apartments in Doral, FL

Willow Bridge Property Co. has opened Leksa at CityPlace, a 391-unit luxury multifamily community located at 8401 NW 34th Terrace in the Miami suburb of Doral, Fla.

According to Yardi Matrix, Leska at CityPlace was completed in 2024. The same source shows that the property is subject to a $103 million construction loan provided by Santander Bank.

The community offers a blend of studio, one- and two-bedroom units in addition to penthouses. There are eleven different floorplans at the community, ranging from 480 to more than 1,200 square feet in size.

Features and finishes of residences include built-in cooktops, ovens and microwaves, two-tone designer cabinetry, quartz countertops, kitchen islands with overhead accent lighting, large custom closets and porcelain marble-style flooring. The bathrooms have Shaker-style vanities, walk-in showers, backlit bathroom mirrors and raindrop shower heads. Common-area amenities include climate-controlled cabanas, a co-working lounge and outdoor entertainment spaces including a cinema lawn.

Additional amenities include a community market, library, lobby lounge, outdoor lounge seating, EV charging stations within the private parking garage, as well as a pet spa with Evolution Dog Wash systems.

Golf paradise

Known for its golf clubs and courses, Doral is a favored destination for golfers from across the globe. The town hosted the PGA World Golf Championship for more than half a century. Doral is also home to many shopping centers, among them Miami International Mall, Dolphin Mall, Mall of the Americas and Westland Mall.

Proximate to the airport and U.S. 27, Palmetto Expressway and Dolphin Expressway, Doral gives residents ready access to worldwide travel and quick commutes. The city is approximately 10 miles to the northwest of downtown Miami.
