Willow Bridge Debuts Dallas Project
The luxury community is located near a park that's built along a former railroad line.
Willow Bridge Property Co. has debuted The Park at Katy Trail, a 300-unit luxury multifamily community in Dallas’ Turtle Creek neighborhood.
The company secured an $82 million construction loan in December 2022 from Santander Bank, according to Yardi Research Data.

The property is located at 3255 Carlisle St. steps from Katy Trail, a popular 3.5-mile public park built along a former railway line. Other attractions within walking distance include Turtle Creek Park, Whole Foods, West Village retail center, Katy Trail Ice House and other restaurants and retail.
Situated on an 8-acre site, The Park at Katy Trail has two buildings, one five-story and one six-story. The property has a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments ranging from 756 to 1,682 square feet. Rents range from $2,547 to $6,209, according to Yardi Research Data.
Key property amenities
The Park at Katy Trail residences feature hardwood-style flooring, quartz countertops with designer backsplashes, stainless steel appliance packages, and full-size washers and dryers. Select units have oversized patios, private yards, built-in desks and bookshelves and urban mudrooms.
Outdoor community amenities include a pool and spa, tanning shelf with in-water loungers, fire pit with lounge seating, poolside cabanas and outdoor kitchen and BBQ areas. Residents also have access to a clubroom with banquette seating, fitness center, coworking lounge, private micro-offices and mid-size and large conference rooms.
Other features include automated package lockers, private storage, EV charging stations and an underground parking garage with controlled access and reserved parking spaces.
More recent Willow Bridge projects
Ranked fourth among MHN’s top multifamily property management companies, Willow Bridge will be the property manager for The Park at Katy Trail. Formerly the Lincoln Property Co.’s residential division, Willow Bridge operates a portfolio in 75 markets. The company has built more than 200,000 apartments and manages 220,000 units.
In May, Willow Bridge opened Leksa at CityPlace, a 391-unit luxury multifamily community in Doral, Fla., a Miami suburb. The property, which was completed in 2024, has a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom units in addition to penthouses.
Several months earlier, Willow Bridge began redevelopment of the former U.S. Department of Homeland Security office building in Washington, D.C., into a 264-unit multifamily community with more than 2,500 square feet of ground-floor retail and below-grade parking. Located at 1125 15th St. NW, the planned 13-story high-rise will offer studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. The redevelopment is expected to begin delivering units in the spring of 2026.
Also in February, Willow Bridge completed another office-to-residential conversion project at 1313 L St. NW in Washington. The company transformed a 1980s-era office building into Balsa, an apartment community with 222 units.
