White on White
Neutral doesn’t have to be boring.

A neutral color palette is the sensible choice for multifamily development. Model units as well as apartment homes will likely appeal to renters when they don’t impose the wrong design personality. And common areas can be updated periodically with a variety of accents that change the look. But neutral should never be boring. One way to ensure visual interest and differentiate apartment communities is by sticking with a single hue and mixing materials, texture and scale. Or skip the color and do “white on white.” With its blend of polished, frosted and iridescent glass tiles combined with natural stone, the all white IceMetrix™ collection available through Architectural Systems, Inc. (ASI) evokes a cool and modern mood with eight geometric patterns. “The collection is a great addition to our otherwise colorful glass tile offering,” says Nancy Jackson, president of ASI. “The variety of segment sizes and finishes adds a subtle yet dynamic dimension.” Mesh backing allows for simple installation for interior or exterior applications.
