Westfort Urban Villas Celebrates Opening in San Antonio

The 20-unit single home development will be completed in four phases by the spring of 2017.

San AntonioWestfort Urban Villas recently celebrated its grand opening in Westfort neighborhood. Terramark Urban Homes is the developer behind the project.

The 20-unit single home community located at Cunningham and Haywood avenues is being built in four phases and several residents have already moved in. The project is scheduled to be finalized by spring 2017.

The garden-style homes feature three- to four-bedroom floor plans with high ceilings, private courtyards and two-car garages. Pricing begins in the $400,000 range, while square footage ranges from more than 1,900 to nearly 3,000. The community offers four site plans, out of which one, the San Jose, is already sold out. The sales and marketing efforts are led by Lux Agency.

The community sits between the western perimeter of Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston and Broadway, across from Brackenridge Park and Pearl. Officials announced as part of the Center Civic Housing Incentive Program, the project will receive more than $378,549 in incentives from the city of San Antonio for creating additional housing within the city center. Incentives include a San Antonio Water System fee waiver and a 10-year tax reimbursement grant.
