The properties are located in San Bernardino, Solano and Riverside Counties.“We have been using our owner’s mentality approach to the business and sharing it with our third-party clients,” says Craig Rooney, regional vice president of business development for Western National Property Management. “By sharing our playbook, which has been created from over four decades of experience, we are able to create significant results for our third-party clients in a short period of time.”The five California properties include Sevilla, a 512-unit complex in Palm Desert; Rancho Monte Vista; a 240-unit complex in Upland; Arlington Heights, a 176-unit complex in Riverside; Austin Creek, a 156-unit complex in Vallejo and Evergreen Apartments, a 128-unit complex in Riverside.In 2007, Western National was hired to manage 17 apartment communities totaling 3,649 units, which increased its total portfolio of properties under management to nearly 150 properties.
