Vista Residential Breaks Ground in Columbus
The community is located near an under-development advanced manufacturing facility.

Vista Residential Partners has launched construction on Greenway Vista, a 25-acre, 312-unit multifamily community located in Columbus, Ohio. Upon completion, Greenway Vista will offer 312 multifamily units in a blend of one- and two-bedroom apartment homes averaging approximately 840 square feet in size.
The residences will feature stainless steel appliances, nine-foot-high ceilings, granite countertops, kitchen tile backsplashes, vinyl plank flooring and in-unit washer-dryers. A 6,500-square-foot clubhouse with fitness and business centers, a swimming pool with cabanas and grilling areas, a large central green area with a gameday pavilion and grilling area will be among the community’s common-area amenities.
Building outside an employment hub
Greenway Vista is situated Rickenbacker Airport, among the nation’s largest cargo-dedicated airports. Almost half of Rickenbacker’s employees reside within a 10-mile drive of the airport. Southeast Columbus, the Ohio capital city’s largest industrial submarket, has more than 78 million square feet of space under construction, while Rickenbacker Airport and the surrounding warehouses employ more than 16,000 people, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.
