Atlanta–Vista Realty Partners (VISTA) got its hands on 13 acres of land to offer luxury apartments to the city.
Northridge Vista Apartments, located in the affluent suburban Atlanta market Sandy Springs, will present 220 new high-end homes to residents with easy access to GA-400, the North Springs MARTA train station, downtown Roswell nightlife, and the Buckhead, Perimeter Center and Alpharetta office corridors.
The property will feature excellent amenities including a 3,600-square-foot resort style pool with an outdoor pavilion and kitchen, a world-class fitness center with a yoga courtyard and green spaces with gazebos, picnic areas and a dog park. Designed by Niles Bolton Associates and Planners and Engineers Collaborative, interior finishes highlight granite countertops, tile backsplashes, stainless steel appliances, 10-foot ceilings, walk-in showers, and large closets. Construction is scheduled to break ground in the third quarter of 2015 and leasing will begin late summer of 2016.
Northridge Vista Apartments is capitalized by a combination of construction financing from Synovus – Bank of North Georgia and equity provided by Lubert Adler Real Estate Funds and Eduard de Guardiola, respectively.
