Van Metre Offers Residents the Chance to Apply 100 Percent of Rent Toward New Home Purchase

Van Metre apartment communities are located throughout the Northern Va. and Washington, D.C. metro area and are in close proximity to major work centers, shopping, dining and mass transportation.Van Metre Homes offers additional incentive programs, including HonorsPlus, which includes $5,000 in free design center options for teachers, active and reserve military personnel and individuals involved in public safety and service fields, and the Repeat Buyer program, where repeat buyers receive $10,000 in free options for a new home.
