(Click here to see what other incentives developers are currently offering to attract renters and buyers.)Renters can choose from seven apartment locations within Fairfax and Loudon County in Northern Va., including Herndon, Fairfax, Arlington, Ashburn, Leesburg, and Springfield, as well as one location in Orlando, Fla.The program will allow the typical renter to contribute an average of $16,000 per year towards the purchase of a Van Metre or Marquis Home. Van Metre apartment communities are located throughout the Northern Va. and Washington, D.C. metro area and are in close proximity to major work centers, shopping, dining and mass transportation.Van Metre Homes offers additional incentive programs, including HonorsPlus, which includes $5,000 in free design center options for teachers, active and reserve military personnel and individuals involved in public safety and service fields, and the Repeat Buyer program, where repeat buyers receive $10,000 in free options for a new home.
