urbyHarrison Urby, the third in a series of Urby developments, has launched its initial phase of leasing in Harrison, N.J. The 409-unit development is two blocks from the Harrison PATH station, placing commuters just 20 minutes from World Trade Center in Lower Manhattan.

Featuring three four-story buildings surrounding a landscaped central courtyard, the Concrete -designed community offers studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans.

Harrison Urby celebrates that tradition by giving residents the two-story Coperaco Cafe with treehouse library and a Steinway baby grand for performances. Also featured is a heated saltwater swimming pool and patio, courtyard with lounge areas, fire pits and the Urby Lawn, offering gardens, paths and such lawn games as bocce ball and ping pong.

A truly distinctive amenity is Urby Blues, an onsite recording studio that serves as practice space for the jazz musician-in-residence.

In addition, Harrison Urby offers a two-story fitness center with state-of-the-art cardio and weight equipment, a yoga/stretching room and regularly scheduled fitness classes; and Urby Kitchen, a chef’s kitchen with seating for culinary classes, events and resident gatherings.

Residents also benefit from vehicle parking, bicycle storage and a Woofgarden for pets.

Programs connect residents

Collective spaces are a key to every Urby development, and are incorporated in the interest of delivering natural opportunities for residents to meet one another. The spaces offer an evolving slate of ambitious programs including classes, events and unique experiences.

Located at 777 South Third Street in Harrison, Harrison Urby is the third in a planned series of Urby developments. It is being developed by Ironstate Development, the real estate firm behind the development of the Standard East Village, Chiltern Firehouse in London and W Hotel in Hoboken, in partnership with Pegasus Group.

Concrete is the Amsterdam-based architecture and design firm known for the designs of citizenM Hotels located internationally, and W Hotels in London and Switzerland.
