Upscale Lower Manhattan Condos Hit the Market

New York—Cogswell Lee Development, in partnership with Gluck+, announced the sales launch for 150 Rivington, the luxury residential development replacing Lower East Side’s last matzo factory. The corner building will include 45 one- to three-bedroom condominiums, all featuring smart technology and versatile living spaces. Prices start at $995,000 and reach $3.8 million for the three-bedroom penthouses.

What we’re offering is luxurious, curated apartments that serve as a natural extension of our building’s setting in a creative and cultural neighborhood with endless options,” Arthur Stern, CEO of Cogswell Lee Development, said in a prepared statement.

The units vary in size from 543 to more than 1,600 square feet. All apartments have floor-to ceiling windows and are Creston-ready, so residents can control lighting, music or power shades through the home’s automation system. Amenities also include Italian, custom-made, translucent sliding-glass doors by Rimadesio. Each of the four penthouses features 13-foot-high ceilings and two outdoor spaces, one adjacent to the residence and another on the roof.

The building’s facilities include a 24-hour attended lobby, superintendent and porter services, a package room, cold storage, bicycle storage and a fitness center. All residents will be able to enjoy outdoor relaxation on the two north and south shared roof terraces totaling more than 1,500 square feet. The space will be designed to incorporate an outdoor kitchen, fireplace and a separate sun deck for yoga. The ground floor at 150 Rivington offers more than 12,000 square feet of retail.

This high-end community is located in close proximity to the Williamsburg Bridge and several transportation options, including the J/M/Z and F subway lines.
